I’m also well-versed and -practiced in a Buddhist Mindfulness Meditation. I offer a guided meditation during the session for those who find it helpful. It isn’t for everyone, and I’m here to help with practicing it if it’s for you. The meditation I offer is somatically-oriented, simply asking the recipient to breathe with awareness of their body.
